BILL HELD

Bill has 35 years experience in the solid waste and renewable energy sectors.  He has focused on landfill gas to energy projects for the last 20 years, working on all aspects of projects from the gas generation and collection, through project development to existing project management.  Bill  is proficient is the main components of these projects including, technical, financial, contracts, construction, and operations.  Bill served as Republic Services Director of Renewable Energy, managing their portfolio of 70+ projects and developing new projects, and served as a senior member of 2 of the premier LFG consultants in the U.S. - SCS Engineers and Emcon/OWT.  Bill holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biology and Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
